Quick start

Make your first API call in under 5 minutes.

1. Generate an API key

A clean, predictable REST API for every resource in Jobby. JSON in, JSON out.

2. Make your first request

Use your API key in the Authorization header. Here's how to list your jobs:

curl https://api.jobby.com/v1/jobs \
-H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json"

That's it. You'll get a JSON array of your jobs back.

API questions

How do I get an API key?

Go to Settings → API in your Jobby dashboard and click 'Generate new key'. Choose the scopes your integration needs and copy the key — it's shown only once for security.

Yes. The API allows 100 requests per minute per API key. If you need higher limits for a production integration, contact our team and we'll work with you.

The Jobby API uses Bearer token authentication. Include your API key in the Authorization header of every request: 'Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY'.
