Pricing questions
Do you charge per user?
No. Unlike most CRMs, we don't charge per-user fees that multiply as you grow. Each plan includes a set number of users, and you only upgrade when you genuinely need more capacity.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to all features so you can see if Jobby fits your business before paying anything.
Are there long-term contracts?
Never. Jobby is month-to-month or annual — your choice. Cancel anytime and you won't be billed again. No cancellation fees, no lock-in.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Annual plans can also pay by bank transfer or ACH. Invoices are available for accounting purposes.
