Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Your 14-day free trial requires no credit card. You'll only enter payment details when you decide to continue beyond the trial.
What payment gateways are supported?
Jobby integrates with Stripe, Square, and PayPal. You can connect your existing account — no need to create a new one.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We're SOC 2 compliant and undergo regular security audits. Your data is backed up daily and never shared with third parties.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. You can import clients, jobs, and invoices via CSV upload. Our team can also assist with migration from other platforms — included free on Professional and Enterprise plans.
